I think this sculpture represents the physical similarities between everyone that is visible and differences between all of us that make us who we are. The outline of this sculpture symbolizes our physical similarities, and the hole in the middle symbolizes what makes us different. We all grew up differently, having different backgrounds, ideas and feelings. One sculpture isn’t going to represent all of our differences. I believe the hole represents diversity.
